In 2017, we received an inquiry from them to develop the packaging of a peripheral product——a facial cleanser. Their ABE in China found us and sent us the fine fiber mask specially developed for the facial mask care device, as well as the product and previous packaging plan. In addition, he recommended a Croatian packaging designer to contact us, hoping that we could cooperate with him to complete the packaging design. The moment we received the packaging plan, we were deeply enthralled by the charm and intricacy of the design work.
The challenge
Although it was only a relatively simple card box and flat box design, we still encountered a few difficulties in the gold stamping process.The customer requested to show more gold stamping on the matte touch lamination, so we have made numerous samples for testing. He clearly stated that once the raw edges were found on the stamping point, it would be regarded as a defective product, and the Dyne value of the touch lamination was closely related to the matching degree of the stamping aluminum foil, making it rather difficult to produce fusion.

Our solution
