The final packaging design for this company addressed the requirements of product protection, functionality, and brand representation.
We needed to give our customer the look and feel that he wanted while still delivering his product safely.
The outcome
The packaging solutions provided robust protection against potential damage during transportation, ensuring that the building materials arrived at their destination in optimal condition. The optimized design also facilitated efficient handling, storage, and loading/unloading processes, reducing labor costs and increasing operational efficiency.We have indeed put a lot of effort into developing this product, and the returns have been rather considerable. We have received a stable order volume and registered a patent for this product. In addition, we have also developed other peripheral products.
Our solution
We supplied a turnkey solution, designing the boxes, as well as advising on packing formats, materials and finishes to give our customer the look and feel that he wanted while still delivering his product safely. After gathering some on-site inspection data on the construction site, we have become more precise in the application process of paper products. In terms of material, we have selected 140GSM high-strength corrugated paper from China and 280GSM high-grade kraft paper from Malaysia, which can offer lightweight cushioning and comfort.As a mid-range fast-moving consumer goods in the building materials category, we have also participated in many ground building materials exhibitions through this case study.
