However, upon initial assessment, the selected material—a thin paper substrate (128gsm glossy silver card)—proved too delicate to retain deep, detailed embossing reliably. Embossed patterns became easily compressed or flattened during subsequent packaging processes. An additional complexity arose from the client’s request for UV printing: traditional offset printing methods on the thin material resulted in a vulnerable, easily scratchable ink layer that compromised quality and durability.

Regarding the customer’s UV printing requirement, our team carefully calibrated the offset printing process, layers, and handling techniques to significantly reduce scratching and ink-wear issues, ensuring the finished packaging maintained visual integrity and luxurious appearance throughout its lifespan.
