Garrett x WITPAX – Custom Corrugated Boxes for Gum

The Challenge

Garrett needed custom packaging for their gum products. The main challenge was creating packaging that reflected their brand identity while maintaining an elegant design. They needed something that would stand out on the shelf and communicate their brand’s values effectively.

The packaging also had to be functional, ensuring that the gum was securely stored and presented in a premium way.

The Solution

To meet Garrett’s needs, WITPAX designed a solution that balanced aesthetics with functionality:

• Inner Box Messaging:
  WITPAX used the inner box to deliver Garrett’s brand message. This allowed the packaging to remain elegant while clearly communicating the brand’s values, reinforcing the identity of the product.
  
• Design & Structure:
  The outer corrugated box was paired with a foam insert that securely held 3 bottles of gum in place. This ensured that the product was not only well-protected during shipping but also elegantly presented when opened.
  
• Sample Adjustment:
  Before starting mass production, WITPAX created a white sample of the inner tray based on the product sample Garrett provided. This allowed Garrett to review and approve the design before moving forward with production.
  

The Results

• Timely Delivery:
  Due to Garrett’s urgency, WITPAX expedited 30 boxes for fast shipping to meet immediate needs. The remaining bulk order was sent via sea freight to manage costs.
  
• Functional & Elegant Packaging:
  The final product was a perfect blend of functionality and design. The foam insert securely held the bottles in place, while the box design effectively communicated Garrett’s brand identity.
