A co-designed packaging for a domestic skincare brand
Back in those days when skincare for men was still in the bud, a domestic brand came to us for cooperation. In 2016, we made several contacts with their packaging designer Miss Mu, and their purchasing manager YeKang,as well as their CFO.This team has embarked on their own journey in the industry as they focused on skincare for trendy young men and have come up with several hit product lines.
The challenge
There came a time when we were working with them to develop the packaging design of an amino acid facial cleansing oil-control mask. Since the product was mainly focused on low-cost drainage on the e-commerce platform, the customer planned to use single-card carton to control the cost. In terms of product characteristics, he hoped that we could give some professional advice on the packaging process level.
The outcome
With combined efforts, we’ve seen a surge in product sales on e-commerce platforms, bringing in orders that are worth millions.The partnership had not only created exceptional packaging but had also fostered a deep sense of fulfillment.
